Jonathan Leibensperger
Jonathan has two decades as a private wealth advisor to high-net-worth clients; attorneys, athletes and business owners. Expertise in areas of intergenerational wealth preservation, charitable and estate planning, sophisticated tax management & wealth transfer tools and high-net-worth family dynamics. Significant experience in Private Equity Real Estate and real estate portfolio management.
He acquired his Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation from the University of Chicago (Booth), and ChFC from The American College of Financial Services.
Jonathan is affiliated with the Real Estate Boards of New York and Florida.
Keith Holmes
Keith A. Holmes, a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, specializes in structuring complex transactions exceeding $1 billion. His expertise covers partnership structuring, capital raising, investment analysis, development, finance, construction and property management.
Over his 30+ year career, he has worked on projects and delivered value for companies such as Amazon, PCCP (Pacific Coast Capital) Pearlstone Partners, Four Rivers Capital, Houihan-Parnes, Citizens Bank, The Hanover Company and Allen Harrison Co.
Holmes holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Pace University and is a US Army Veteran-Engineering Corps. Interests include Macro Economic Theory and Quantum Mechanics.
